Striderm does not store any form of credit card or financial information. These are passed straight through the payment gateway. Payments made using Paypal ensures that Striderm does not see your financial information.
The payment methods available are: PayPal, Credit Cards accepted by PayPal, and Direct Deposit.
The PayPal payments are processed during the Shopping Cart checkout process. These payments are usually received on the same day.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible once full payment has been received.
Deliveries to Australian addresses
Orders are shipped using Australia Post’s Express Post service. This service operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are generally Australia Post's delivery time plus any payment delays. We will contact you advising when the order was dispatched and include the Australia Post tracking number for your information. You can track the progress of your package at www.ausposttracking.com.au .
Express Post shipping is a flat $9 to Australian postcodes.
Deliveries to addresses outside Australia
Please contact us directly if you wish to have a product delivered overseas.
Orders are shipped using an Australia Post service, e.g., Registered Post International (packages under 2kg) and Express Post International (packages 2kg and over) OR Express Courier International. Signature is required on delivery for all services. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and the region of the world to which the package is being shipped.
Returned Parcels and Incorrectly Addressed Parcels
Please make sure that your delivery address is a valid address for delivery. If your parcel is returned to us: if it's our error, we'll resend the parcel at our cost; if it's your error, shipping will be charged to you before the item is resent.
